No, it’s not self check-in. Because this is a snowy region, our staff will meet you in person, hand over the keys, and give you a short tour of the facilities.

Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. As this is a snowy area, roads can become dangerous at night, so for your safety, we kindly recommend arriving as early as possible. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please make sure to contact us in advance. If we do not receive any notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.

Minors (under 18 years old) cannot stay without a parent or guardian.

Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Small gatherings such as family dinners or birthday celebrations are welcome, as long as they are kept quiet and respectful. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes, small dogs are allowed only during the non-winter season. Advanced notice is required. Please note that if you make a request after booking without prior consultation and we cannot accommodate your pet, the room charge already paid will not be refunded.
